The Bow River Gas Co-op Ltd. is a member of Utility Safety Partners and provides free gas line locates upon issuance of a Utility Safety Partners Ticket. To initiate this process, you can either visit the Utility Safety Partners website at https://utilitysafety.ca/ or call their toll-free number at 1-800-242-3447. Please note that Bow River Gas Co-op will not perform line locates without a prior call to Utility Safety Partners.
Failure to complete a one-call notification makes the landowner or contractor responsible for any damage incurred to underground utilities within the work area. This free service is provided by utility companies in Alberta to benefit the community and protect the province’s underground infrastructure.
